Maintenance of Certification Fee (Annual Fee)
The Annual Maintenance of Certification is due each year from all Certified-Active and Certified-Inactive Diplomates. Please note the following about the Annual MOC Fee:
Newly certified Diplomates are exempt from the Annual MOC Fee for one year immediately following their certification.
The fee accumulates from year to year. If you do not pay the fee in one year, your next year’s statement will reflect the total balance due for all unpaid years. Partial payment is applied to the oldest balance due.
The Board cannot honor requests for verification of your certification until you are current with the MOC Fee.
You are unable to participate in the 5th and 10th years MOC activities until you are current with the fee.
No part of the MOC Fee is used for lobbying activities.
If you have retired or have become disabled, please notify the Board and we will stop sending you notices (firstname.lastname@example.org).
If your address or that of a partner in practice has changed, please notify the Board at your earliest opportunity (email@example.com)
