The publication of SESATS X has been delayed. The expected release date is now Fall 2009.
Due to the delay, the Board will be using SESATS IX for the cognitive components of the 2009 Maintenace of Certification process. In early August, the Board sent an email to Diplomates who have been approved for MOC in 2009 with instructions on how to obtain a free copy of SESATS IX. If you are a Diplomate who has been approved for MOC in 2009, but has not heard yet from the Board, please contact the Board office.
Due to the publication delay of SESATS X, Penn State College of Medicine has extended CME credit for SESATS IX through June 30, 2010. Penn State College of Medicine designates this educational activity (SESATS IX) for a maximum of 70 AMA Category 1 Credit(s) TM. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Although SESATS IX is available for purchase outside of the MOC process, the Board would encourage individuals to wait and purchase SESATS X, which will be available this Fall. To purchase SESATS, you can order it by credit card at www.sesats.org. You will need to have your CTSNet User ID and Password. If you do not have one or if you do not remember it, you can get one by Clicking Here.
